to Stream Real Audio Files
To
stream RealAudio files:
-
Create your RealAudio files (with .ra or .rm extensions) and upload to your web site.Resource Box - Using a text editor you will need to create a file containing the path to the RealAudio file. In a text editor, open a new blank file and type in a single line containing the path to your .ra file.
- For example if you uploaded your .ra files into a folder called 'audio', your path would be: http://www.yourdomain.com/audio/youraudiofilename.ra
- Save this text file as youraudiofilename.ram and upload to your web space.
- In your web page create a hyperlink for users to click
on to launch the RealAudio file. In the hyperlink,
reference the .ram file created above. For example:
<A HREF="yourfilename.ram"> - Save and upload the webpage and you're done.
